On June 10, 1946 a Turkish man killed six people in a village near Samsun, Turkey. Eight years prior the Turk had murdered a man, for which he was six years in prison. On the aforementioned day he shot dead six other members of his first victim's family, including a man, the man's wife, two daughters, and son, as well as his pregnant sister-in-law. After the murders he fled.
