Rodelio Garcia was a Filipino soldier who killed six people at an army outpost in barangay Santo Niño, San Jose City, Philippines on December 1, 1991.[1][2]

Pfc. Garcia, a member of the Army's 56th Infantry Battalion who supposedly suffered from war shock, opened fire with an M-16 assault rifle, while the detachment commander gave instructions to his men. After emptying his magazine Garcia escaped towards the nearby mountains, leaving five people dead at the scene, and one more fatally wounded.[3][4][5][6]
