Olimpiades Velasco was a Filipino who killed four people, among them his wife, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law, and wounded seven others with a bolo at a dance in the Philippines during the night of April 5, 1955. The 25-year-old, who was apparently upset by his wife's popularity, was afterwards arrested and charged with multiple murder.
