Ho Chung-ming was a Taiwanese bus driver who killed three people and wounded twenty others in Taipei, Taiwan on August 30, 1964.

Ho, a retired soldier and former convict, was angry at his boss Chang Ching-hui after receiving a poor efficiency rating, which prevented him from getting a bonus and a pay raise. On the aforementioned date the 36-year-old armed himself with two knives and headed in his empty bus towards Chang's home with the intention to kill himself there, though when he ran down the first pedestrian he reportedly panicked and started to race down the crowded streets, hitting more people on his way, until police initiated pursuit, whereupon he stopped his vehicle in front of the presidential building and attempted to commit suicide by stabbing himself in the abdomen with his knives. Ho survived his injuries and was sentenced to death a few months later.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7]
