Gao Xueqing was a Chinese peasant who killed nine people in a village in Henan, People's Republic of China in February 1985.

After being told that he couldn't see his estranged wife again, the 25-year-old took an axe and hacked to death his wife, her parents, as well as six other in-laws, and afterwards set their bodies on fire. He was arrested and put on trial in March the same year.[1][2][3]
