Fernando Barizo was a Filipino who killed three people and wounded 19 others on a parked train in Ragay, Camarines Sur, Philippines on July 8, 1987, before he was beaten to death by other passengers.

At 5 a.m. Barizo suddenly jumped from his seat in the last coach of a Philippine National Railways train bound for Manila, and hacked other passengers with a bolo, until they subdued and lynched him. Mariano Llagas, one of his victims, died at the scene, while two more succumbed to their injuries at the Camarines Sur Regional Hospital in Naga City.[1][2]
