Eduardo Glicerio Romero Naupay was a Colombian who killed four people and wounded ten others at the Royal Plaza shopping mall in Lima, Peru on February 17, 2017, before being shot dead by police.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
