Chou Shin-Hsiang was a Taiwanese night watchman who killed six people and wounded a seventh in Taipeh. Taiwan on August 22, 1965.

On the morning of that date Chou entered the home of Mou Cheng-Chung and his family and stabbed the sleeping occupants with a long-bladed knife, killing Mou, his wife, two daughters, and two sons, and wounding Mou's third daughter, who was seven years old.

The 32-year-old was later arrested by police and confessed to the crime, stating that he had killed the family, because they had refused to pay him the remaining NT$6,000 of a NT$8,000 loan he had given them a year prior.[1]
