|Location(s)||Chamlievo district, Bulgaria|
In October 1927 a Bulgarian farmer surnamed Mitroff killed his sleeping parents, brother, wife, and two children with a hatchet in Chamlievo district, Bulgaria. The 25-year-old then surrendered to police and explained that he had been commanded by a vision in a dream to commit the murders.
It should be noted that no evidence was found that would prove the existence of a place named Chamlievo in Bulgaria, though it is quite possible that the place was misspelt in the newspaper articles.
