César Carada was an Italian who killed two people and wounded ten others in Santa Fe, Argentina in December 1951. Carada, a reportedly insane old man, first shot dead two passers-by in the street with a rifle and after being pursued by police barricaded himself in his apartment. During the siege he wounded ten policemen before being shot dead himself.
