Alejandro Amigó Vergara was a Chilean mental patient who killed four people and wounded nine others on a road connecting the villages Duao and Callejones, near Talca, Chile during the night of April 8, 1974. The 32-year-old, who had escaped from a psychiatric hospital and armed himself with rocks, was eventually shot dead when attacking a patrol of policemen.
